International Orders

❌ Order Changes & Cancellations

Changed your mind or made a typo? No worries — you can cancel or update your order within 24 hours of purchase.

Simply email us at rilura@gmail.com
with the subject line “Cancel My Order” or “Address Update.”

Once your parcel is shipped, changes unfortunately can’t be made.


🚚 Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will make up to two delivery attempts.
If delivery isn’t successful, your order may return to us — so we recommend tracking your shipment closely to ensure smooth delivery.


📸 Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please don’t worry — we’ll make it right.
Send us an email with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective item

After verification, a replacement will be sent immediately — at no cost to you.
